The Beneteau 40 offers a spacious, yet warm interior layout. She is light and bright with excellent stowage and berths and has a very welcoming feel to her. She is laid out with a large aft cabin to starboard with a spacious double berth and access to the head. Moving forward to starboard is the head with separate stall shower. The head has access from the aft cabin and the main salon. To port in the salon is the galley. The galley is large and laid out to cook under almost any conditions. The main salon has a U shaped dining area to starboard with a straight settee to port and an aft facing nav station. Forward is the owner's cabin with large double berth. The berths all feature real mattresses.
